❤️ Heart

Exposure to hyperbaric environments has been shown to cause electrical activity disturbances in the heart occasionally. Arrhythmias under these conditions are believed to be due to an increase in vagal tone as well as heart distension from blood redistribution into the chest.
When the heart becomes weak, a person experiences certain symptoms which may mainly include the following:

Difficulty in breathing: One of the main symptoms of a weak heart is difficulty in breathing. Especially, during physical activity or while lying flat. This happens because the weakened heart struggles to pump blood efficiently, causing fluid to accumulate in the lungs.
Chest pain or discomfort: Although this symptom is not common, some individuals with a weak heart may experience chest pain or discomfort, often resembling angina. This occurs when the heart muscle does not get enough oxygen due to reduced blood flow.
Fatigue: People with a weak heart often feel extremely tired even after minimal exertion. The heart's reduced ability to supply oxygenated blood to the body's tissues can result in a feeling of constant fatigue.
Swelling: Fluid retention, often noticeable as swelling in the legs, ankles, feet, and sometimes the abdomen, is a common symptom of a weak heart. This happens because the weak pumping action of the heart causes blood to pool back up in the veins, causing fluid to leak into the surrounding tissues.
Fast or irregular heartbeat: The heart's inability to maintain a regular rhythm can lead to an increased heartbeat, heart failure, or racing heart. A weakening of the heart can disrupt the electrical signals that control the heartbeat.
Persistent cough: A chronic cough with frequent white or pink phlegm can be a sign of heart weakness. Cough is caused by fluid accumulation in the lungs, causing irritation and congestion.
Difficulty sleeping: People with a weak heart may experience difficulty sleeping, often due to a combination of factors such as shortness of breath, cough and discomfort. Some people may need to take support of a pillow to reduce difficulty breathing.
Needing to urinate at night: A weakening of the heart can lead to increased fluid retention in the body, leading to the need to urinate frequently, especially during the night. This symptom can disrupt sleep patterns.
Loss of appetite and nausea: Due to a weak heart, appetite may decrease and the stomach may feel full even after small meals. Apart from this, nausea may also occur.
If you experience the above symptoms in yourself, you should consult a specialist doctor as soon as possible. Ignoring these symptoms can cause problems for you.
